The effect of Cisplatin on Complete blood count among chemotherapy Sudanese patients at Taiba Cancers Center in Khartoum state 2021

Background: Cisplatin is one of therapy used as anticancer activity in a variety tumors. Among many chemotherapy drugs that are widely for cancer, the most compelling ones. Material and methods: This study was Analytical cross sectional conducted at Taiba Cancer Center, Khartoum, Sudan, during period July 2021 to November aimed estimate complete blood count among Sudanese patients treated with Cisplatin. 50 cancer cisplatin selected case group apparently health donor were control group. Three ml venous collected EDTA container. Six sample from each patient before dose cisplatin. Complete done by using Sysmex Automated Hematology Analyzer KX 21N.Result: When compared base line value RBCs, Hb, WBCs, neutrophils, platelets there insignificant differences (P. ≥ 0.05).
